  • Our sales executives work according to a route list. This ensures that all customers are serviced on a regular basis and we are able to monitor and control all customers being serviced.

  • All pharmacies are graded according to their potential and the top A pharmacies are called on more frequently.

  • All Independent sales executives are on RepWise Ordering System which can be provided to Principals on request.


  • Dedicated merchandisers have been appointed to concentrate on Dis-Chem and, in addition, they advise the relevant sales representative on low stocks and out of stocks.

  • We also have a roving team which assists stores on a rotational basis with stock counts.

  • Stock from the stock room or receiving is brought forward to the floor on a daily basis.
    We ensure that the products are always presentable, correctly priced, clean and well merchandised.

  • Second point of sale areas, gondola ends, etc. are negotiated where possible to increase brand awareness and increase sales. Due to our continued presence in the store, this space is often permanent.

  • Dis-Chem orders are taken by the sales personnel and are sent through daily to the relative administration offices for processing. The order values are captured on computer and accurate daily sales figures can be supplied to any Principal. The administrator is able to check on and follow up on out of stocks, orders placed and deliveries.

  • Liguori Agencies has, through Numerator 2000, their own delivery service to Dis-Chem pharmacies which allows POS material, free stock, etc. to be delivered within 48 hours.
