Sales

Pull-through budgets are set in order to ensure wholesalers are not
overstocked and each sales executive is aware, on a daily basis, what
he needs to write to achieve his budgets.

Our sales executives work according to a route list. This ensures that
all customers are serviced on a regular basis and we are able to
monitor and control all customers being serviced.

All pharmacies are graded according to their potential and the top “A”
pharmacies are called on more frequently.
Merchandising

Dedicated merchandisers have been appointed to concentrate on the
large pharmacy groups and, in addition, they advise the relevant sales
representative on low stocks and out of stocks

Stock from the stock room or receiving is brought forward to the floor
on a daily basis.

We ensure that the products are always presentable, correctly priced,
clean and well merchandised.

Second point of sale areas, gondola ends, etc. are negotiated where
possible to increase brand awareness and increase sales. Due to our
continued presence in the store, this space is often permanent.

Shelves are fully stocked at all times.
Administration
-
Orders taken by the sales personnel are faxed through daily, to their
relative administration office for processing. The order values are
captured on computer and accurate daily sales figures can be supplied
to any Principal. The administrator is able to check on and follow up
on out of stocks, orders placed and deliveries.
